Hi there!
My name is Addison! I'm a chronically ill, queer, nonbinary, artist based in Southern California and my happiness lies in illustrating everything cute!
Art is currently my full time job, I realized art is what I wanted to pursue as a lifelong career when I was diagnosed with a rare type of leukemia in 2018 when I was 17. Now 21, I've tried and struggled to fit into the traditional college and job route
with my medical needs. But art has always been a constant passion in my life, nothing excites me and consumes me like bringing my ideas to life through art. Since the beginning of the pandemic, I've tried my best to embrace that
and let go of the idea that I have to follow a traditional route.
Since 2020, I've opened my Etsy shop, taken as many commissions as possible, and safely attended local shows to sell in person.
I'm inspired by artists and creatives I admire, anime, and anything that brings joy to my life. My biggest goal as an artist is to inspire
some of that joy to others and to hopefully show that despite being chronically ill, pursuing your passions is still possible.
